We are providing our services for premium building facility and are currently seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly Cleaning Supervisor who have great communication skills to join our team in Adelaide CBD. The position Part Time position, 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday from 5:30:00pm to 10:00pm. As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the building, ensuring the safety and well-being of the personal. Requirements You will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process: Exerience as a Supervisor A valid Police Check As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Maintain cleaners’ rooms in a neat and tidy condition. Ensure correct use of chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures. Oversee equipment checks, repairs, and tagging requirements. Implement best practice cleaning procedures and site standards. Supervise staff performance, provide feedback, and escalate issues when needed. Liaise with clients and stakeholders regarding cleaning services. Conduct inductions, training, and toolbox meetings. Manage rosters, cover absences, and ensure service continuity. Complete quality inspections, reports, and stock management. Adhere to company and client policies, plus any additional tasks as directed. Essencial experience in: Experience of cleaning service operations contract and team management. Strong supervision and communication skills, with ability to effectively delegate work and tasks and ensure they are completed in accordance with expected standards. Good understanding and knowledge of safe working processes and practices. Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft office Word, Excel and Outlook.
